Good Business Ideas – Why Niche Marketing Is So Important In Business

I must tell you a story about entrepreneurs and good business ideas. A few weeks ago I went to a potential customer who wanted to see it, “the world number one in the industry (empty) on the Web.” There were four executives in the room and one of them was dozing during the session. He said that the “web” was a problem to choose the “young” executives. Ouch!

They had been in business for over 15 years and had a great import / export operation. Unfortunately, the business model for the “old economy” was developed. They saw their incomes rapidly depleted and could not understand what to do. In a way, they thought, “social media” was the answer to all their problems and thought that go away by entering the “social media” moving train, all their worries would.

Hold on! I said. Why would you want to, compete with mega-(blank) business? They have over 10 years to go. They dominate web traffic for your (white) of the product. You will never be able to compete against them, unless of course you can buy them. They have covered positions 1 to 10 of the first page of Google very well. I suggested that we should do an analysis of the niche, and aggressively manage the company for a small niche. Then and only then, should we engage the social media channels.

The idea was for the company to control these micro-niches in the shortest possible time. The move would be a massively reduced costs and higher profits by dominating the niche the big boys, had failed. Instead of the head and call for the big boys, they could use this incredible opportunity before it found someone … they never called again. The last time I checked, they were still with their “social media” project.

Netpreneurs a success is much more than just a good business idea. There are a lot of money to be made on the net, but not on speculative business ideas, naive, or risky. People who make a killing on the Web are the ones to dominate the micro-niches. They understand their audience better sense than their target audience. “Big-itis” is a recipe for an entrepreneur to fail. In this new economy, the wealth is in the niches.

That is, if you are an entrepreneur, you should think how to your business in this new economy, small niches dominant position, not only the idea of ??”good business ideas.” The old days when you could have all long gone.

Why do you believe me? It took me seven years to understand the game online. I have a virtual 100% once used a brick and mortar. I also have about 20 sites currently on the first page of Google. So as you can, I was “around the block” a few times. If your business in this new environment to be successful, you must first think of good business ideas into profitable niches. If you make this right, everything else will be found.
